Q: Can i pay with Paypal?
A: Yes you can. Just order by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. We use the shopping cart system from Paypal so you will be guided to their website to finalize your payment.

Q: I don’t have Paypal. Can i still order?
A: Of course. You can send your order by email

Q: Do you ship to the U.S?
A: Yes we do.

Q: So why are you so expensive compared to the U.S?
A: The strong euro, (or weak dollar) makes buying a Hard drive in Europe very expensive for US citizens. We advice you to buy your own hard drive and download all the media from our site.

Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: All our prices are including shipping charges. So you don’t have to worry about them. We will send anywhere in the world! All included in 1 price.

Defects and incorrect orders

Q: The Hard drive that i ordered is not working properly.
A: Contact us about it and we try to help you out.

Q: This DVD/CD that i ordered does not play in my hifi set or dvd-player
A: Please make sure you know what kind of DVD/CD you are using. Please note that your CD-player might not be able to play MP3 files. If in doubt please check the manual that came with your player.

We have sold DVD’s with MP3 files on it. These are only playable by a computer.
A MP3 CD is only playable in a MP3 compatible CD or DVD-player.

If you are convinced the CD/DVD is defective then please contact us. We will work out some solution.
